  Worst customer experience I've ever had. Went into store in March 2015 looking to see if they had my colour make up, which they didn't have and I was told to come back in a week. So came back a week later and they still did not have the make up. I went and spoke with three different members of staff, who told me there was a delivery out the back but they were to short staffed to check the boxes for me and then the manager advised me to go to Boots (Biggest competitor), or look online (delivery 3 - 5 days), even though I was talking to all three members of staff at one time and the store was quiet. I asked them for another suggestion to which non new the make up products very well and two members of staff were looking with me for an alternative for 10 mins, when they could have been looking out the back in the boxes. I followed up my disappointment with Superdrug customer services over the phone, who only dealt with the fact I was sent to Boots and not my lack of make up or satisfaction, and was also promised the delivery in store would be out the next day and I would get my make up. I went back the following day and the delivery had still not been put out nor had any products been pulled forward on the shelves, so asked a member of staff again to look for me which took 15 mins to be told, no, they hadn't received my make up in the delivery, which could have been told to me yesterday saving me another trip into town. I'm a loyal customer who uses a beauty card to collect points on and I also work in retail and know that this kind of service is unacceptable. There is always a queue in this store and non of the members of staff know how to use a LoveToShop card (another reason I went to store rather than online). I won't be using this store EVER again and will be looking for another make up retailer.
