  I received a disappointing service. I was overcharged from what was verbally quoted. I had to write a formal letter of complaint, which was settled but to the bare minimum, with no formal apology, I would not recommend. They offer cheap MOT’s with long advisory lists.

  If I could leave zero stars I would. Total rip off merchants and liars too. Paid for 4 tyres, balancing and tracking adjustment. Had the ‘work’ done and the next day I had to travel to Leicestershire, the car was undriveable at motorway speeds due to the shaking through the steering as the balancing hadn’t been done! Had to divert off the M1 to find a tyre place to have the wheels balanced properly. They also informed me that the tracking couldn’t have been altered as there were no fresh tool marks on the relative adjusters. SE Tyres of Hastings said that the tracking was ‘off the scale’ so should have been reset with that comment surely??? Do not waste your money here! These monkeys should be shut down!
