  A really nice M&S store. Does not get very busy and the staff here are both friendly and helpful all the time. Public toilet can get a bit busy as the facilities in the Priory Meadow is upstairs and people use the store's facilities instead.

  I bought my lunch from the food hall and checked with my cashier and also the cafe staff that I could consume it in the cafe. As I was tucking in I was approached by sanctimonious old staff woman who loudly stated that I couldn’t eat there. I explained the above two permissions, and the fact that is spent almost £10 on it. She kept lecturing me about other people bringing their random non m&s sandwiches in. I had to ask her if I could finish my lunch in peace! Terrible place!!
