  Awful customer service. My van has been off the road for a week now, I have a bill of over £500 which has resolved nothing and they want another £2000 on top of this. No phone call to keep me updated with progress. I won't be using them again thats for sure!! Puts me off even buying another Ford. Update; Funnily enough still no phone call from the manager or even an apology from him. We called up and paid over the phone for the 'repair' which took a week and didn't work. Sent an engineer to collect the van who they kept in store for 20 minutes to check the payment went through even though it would have gone through as soon as the payment was taken. Ridiculous company. I have three out of six vans as Fords but its safe to say I won't be buying another and I will be getting rid of the ones I do have.

  I agreed to purchase a Ford Kuga one Saturday and agreed to collect the car the following Wednesday. I noticed on the day of collection a significant dent on the front bumper that was not there when we agreed the purchase. I was told that the dent had always been there and it was my responsibility as I was now the registered owner. My husband then arrived and after some debate it was agreed that the dent had occurred over the weekend and would be repaired or a new bumper fitted. The car later went in for repair and when I called to see if it was ready was told that a new bumper had been fitted. However on checking the car there was a smaller dent in exactly the same place as the original dent. They then said that a new bumber had not been fitted and agreed again to fix the dent. So back goes the car a few days later and despite being told it had been repaired nothing had been done. The sales manager came out to take a look and said they'd done a great job considering how bad the original dent was and that he was happy with a small dent. I said but when I agreed to buy the car there was no dent. He said again that he was happy with a small dent and he was not prepared to do any more. Absolutely appalling service and lies from beginning to end. Avoid at all costs.
