  I went to the store a couple of weeks ago. I had a pleasant experience choosing the beds and mattresse I would like. I paid a lump-sum of over 1000 pounds. I anticipated my order. UNTIL less then 24 hours before my order was supposed to arrive I was told that the mattress would not be coming. I have spoken to several people at benson for beds and would not recommend them to anyone. They have told me that my item may arrive in 10 days, but they are not even sure. I spoke to a supervisor who knew absolutely nothing about the company. She couldn't tell me who the supplier was nor where they were based. I have been kept on hold over and over while people passed me onto others who also knew nothing. The company has absolutely 0 customer service skills. If you want a nice bed, go somewhere else. The beds are fine. But you probably won't receive it.
