  We live in Maryland in the USA and we LOVE our Pashley bike!! There were no dealers anywhere near me so I contacted Bell's Bicycles in the UK after seeing their website. Many are probably leery of buying a big ticket item online from overseas, but this was so easy and worked out perfectly. Meg and her team at Bell's pulled it all together and even got the doggie basket which I could not get in the U.S. Everything was shipped directly to my local bike shop who did the final bits of getting it all together. And, the whole transaction actually cost me less than trying to find a dealer in the U.S. and get the bike shipped...even with shipping from the UK, I saved some money. I would not hesitate buying from Bell's Bicycles. As you can see, not only is the Pashley beautiful, but Laird MacGregor truly enjoys cruising about town.

  very lovely shop with beautiful bikes and interesting bike accessories. the staff are attentive and informed, and very careful to insure you get the best bike for your circumstances - they give you time to ponder and consider and advise when pertinent - no pushing you into decisions you are not ready to make.
